Tasked with revamping an outdated HTML site, the immediate issue that needed addressing was making the website responsive as the majority of the practice’s web traffic was via mobile. Without a responsive website customers are likely to give up seeking the information they are looking for and chances are they’ll end up in the hands of a competitor.
Nettl Watford took the opportunity to strengthen what appeared to be fairly weak (almost non-existent) branding and although the logo was left untouched, through careful colour considerations and typeface choices we’ve brought Brocklehurst right up to date visually.
Their new website features new dedicated pages to each of their services that customers can easily find via clean and simple navigation. Contact details are easily found and patients are invited to submit enquiries or book appointments using the websites new simple contact form.
